The MK1A and MK1C use the same pleated guards, but differing fixing strips.

The MK1A will be fitted to doors where there is a minimum 30mm flat doorstop on the frame.

Most other doors will require the MK1C.

Secured to the door frame and the outside edge of the door, forming a protective seal over the hinge pins.
